II. The legal grounds and the purpose of personal data processing
On the basis
of our legitimate interest which
consist in monitoring traffic on the website and their optimization, we process
your personal data for purpose track website attendance and the subsequent
creation of statistics and records.
III. The personal data that we process, their record-keeping time, and resources
For the
purposes referred to in article II. www.gentlemeet.com, processes the following
data:
1) Webtracking
a) In order to ensure full functionality of our website and improvement of the offer of services to our clients we collect and record of personal data and other information which is non-personal data. The personal data and other information is used to evaluate activities visitors to the website in order to perform statistics. All the personal data are being processed in anonymized form. To the processing of personal data for statistical purposes we use services by provider, which provides monitoring of the data for us that apply to the services offered on our website, for optimal adaptation of website.
b) To ensure a user friendly website we also use Google Services LLC, with registered office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States, which provides us the corresponding technical means (“tracking technology”). Tracking technology helps us understand how do you use the services on our website and allow us to find out about what services you are most interested in.
c) Through the pixels that are installed on our website (“tools”) we collect and evaluate the necessary data. These tools ensure the linking of our website with your web browser that sends the following information about using our website:
- Request (this is the file name for the expressed by client request);
- The browser type/browser version (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox);
- The language of the browser (e.g. Czech);
- Used operating system (e.g. Windows XP, Windows 10, iOS);
- The internal resolution of the browser window;
- The screen resolution;
- Activate Java Script;
- Java on/off;
- Cookies yes/no;
- Color depth;
- Referrer URL (URL from which the web page was visited);
- IP address of the user for who we provide prompt anonymization;
- Time related to the date and time when it has been accessed the website;
- The number of clicks;
- There can be also detected information which are obtained from the contents of the filled/unfilled contact forms (text field that need to fill, e.g. first and last name, email). In these cases is detected the information about the fact whether was a given contact form “filled” or “unfilled”)
2) IP address
Each time a request is sent to a web server, IP address is transmitted so that it knows where to send the answer. At the time of connections each client will receive from the provider internet connection (“ISP”) a dynamic IP address. The ISP can determine the specific client to whom the IP address assigned.
Based on the IP address saved on our server, it is possible that we through other information obtained from the ISP, identified identity user connected to the internet. For this reason Provider does not save the IP address on which it would be able to identify a particular user, permanently. IP address is used only for the purpose of recognizing an individual login on our site website as well as a means of defense against computer attacks. Subsequently an IP address is anonymized so in place last eight numbers will be “x”. Based on anonymization IP addresses it is not possible for us to identify a particular natural person.
3) Log files
a) Each time you visit our website your web browser sends out the information about your user data which is saved in the log files, so called the server log file. Data transfers that are stored in this manner contain the following information: date and time of visits to the website, the URL of the visited web page, IP address, the original URL (so-called referrer) from which you visited our website, the amount of data transferred and information about user agent sent by your web browser (eventually type and version of the web browser and operating system).
b) IP addresses for evaluation purposes are stored only anonymously. The evaluation of these log data files are used to make easier to find errors and so we are able to as quickly as possible remove them. In addition it will allow us to manage server capacity and improve our offer.
4) Cookies
a) We use so-called cookies within our websites. Cookies are small text files that contain short information that can be stored on your computer when you visit our web pages. Cookies can contain only the information that we send to your computer and therefore it does not occur to retrieve your personal data. At the same time based on the use of cookies does not link to other data unless you consent to it.
b) Consent to the use of cookies is not a prerequisite for visiting our website.
c) Cookies may be stored on your computer for a different long time. Some Cookies are limited to the duration of the session (called “relational” or “session” Cookies). e) You can generally disable cookie storage in settings of web browser (it is possible to disable any use third party cookies). If the user does so, some website features may be unavailable or cookies may have effect of rejecting or reducing the user effect.
For the
above purposes we process your IP address and cookies, web browsing information,
information about your devices, your location etc. We retain personal data for
maximum 3 months, respectively in case of cookies to the date of their
expiration or its remove from your device.
On our
website we use cookies to measure visit using Google Analytics, this tool is
for creating statistics about visits to our website. Rules for use of cookies

personal data are process by our company (we determines the purposes and means
of the processing and we are also responsible for proper performing).

parties whom may be your personal data transmitted for the above purposes are
particularly providers of service tools for create statistics and records.
In the case
of our statutory duty, your personal data may be passed on in particularly to
the courts or police in the exercise of their statutory powers and also to
state authorities and third parties who may be harmed by illegal conduct.
V. Your rights in the processing of personal data

in the processing of personal data include:
a) Right of access

how long we retain them, where we collect personal data, to who are transmitted

As a part of

processing (the first copy will be provided to you free of charge and
additional copies with a fee).
